About Us


My Maid Service Lebanon, Ohio has been cleaning fine homes since 1997.  Derek Christian is the owner/operator.  Prior to coming to My Maid Service, Derek spent 12 years working for Procter & Gamble Professional Products.  April Scott and Amanda Walker are the office managers.

My Maid Service started out with just a mother-&-daughter team out of the owner’s kitchen. Now we own our own building and have 38 employees and service Cincinnati and Dayton.

We are professional…..we carefully screen our maids and check references. Then we select the qualified applicants who enjoy residential cleaning. We appreciate the trust you have in My Maid Service by allowing us in your home, so we choose our maids with the same care you’re taking in choosing a house cleaning service.

We’re dependable…..go ahead and schedule that party! Plan to have your relatives over for dinner. You can count on us to be there to clean your home as scheduled each and every time.

We furnish all supplies necessary to get the job done. However all floor care equipment is provided by the client.  The floor care equipment that needs to be available for the cleaners are a broom, dust pan, mop & vacuum.  If you have steps that need vacuumed we ask that you either have attachments for your vacuum or a stair vacuum available.

My Maid Service is insured & bonded. Of course we are careful with your belongings, but it’s good to know you are protected against any unforeseen accidents that may occur while we clean your home.

Access into your Home. Most of our homeowners provide us with a key.  (If you choose not to provide us with a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning you may incur a lock-out charge of $25.)  Some homeowners leave a key under the mat, or supply us with a garage code.

Reschedule a Clean.  Simply give our office a call at least 72 hours in advance.  This will allow us ample time to fill the spot! (If this notice is not given, a fee of $25 may be imposed).  72 hours will give us ample time to fill your spot.

You’ll love your home when we’ve cleaned it. The moment you walk in the door, you’ll know we were there. The carpets are groomed, the kitchen and bathroom sparkle and there’s that distinctive fragrance that says, “It’s My Maid Service Clean!”
